Since 2001, Adaptive Marketing LLC® has relied upon the input and feedback of a Consumer Advisory Board, comprised of consumer advocates and former public servants, to advise our senior management on a host of consumer-related issues.

The board helps to oversee our various customer contact points, analyzing our processes and making recommendations about our marketing and customer service practices to ensure that they're consistent with the highest standards in the membership services industry.

The Consumer Advisory Board is made up of six members who collectively have over a century of experience in both the public and private sectors, including a former Vice President of Consumer Affairs for a leading company, a former state Attorney General, and a former state Commissioner of Consumer Protection.

Like the Consumer Advisory Board, the Consumer Affairs Department was created to ensure that Adaptive Marketing LLC® effectively serves and protects its customers. In addition to advising senior management on consumer issues, it serves as a centralized customer service center, handling and responding to all member inquiries and interacting with consumer affairs offices nationwide on issues related to the membership services industry. The Consumer Affairs Department also works with senior management to ensure that the company's policies meet or exceed industry standards.
