MEDICAL INSURANCE

Employees can choose between two medical insurance coverages: the Point of Service (POS) or the Preferred Provider Organization (PPO). Both plans include a Prescription Drug Program as well as the savings of in-network benefits and the freedom and flexibility of out-of-network benefits.

DENTAL INSURANCE

Our dental plan allows employees and their families to see the dentists of their choice. Using a United Healthcare in-network provider offers employees savings through negotiated rates for each service they receive. Dependent children under the age of 19 receive coverage for preventative care, general and major services, and orthodontia work.

VISION INSURANCE

Adaptive Marketing employees and their families can access more than 30,000 private practitioners and optical retailers through the EyeMedNetwork. This voluntary benefit is 100% paid by the employee.

LIFE INSURANCE

Regular, full-time employees can receive Group Term Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance equal to one or two times their annual salary. The Hartford provides this group life insurance, which is paid for by the company. Employees can also purchase two supplemental policies for themselves and their families: Supplemental Life Insurance and Voluntary Accidental Death & Dismemberment.

FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS

Full-time employees can participate in Flexible Spending Accounts for Medical and/or Dependent Care expenses. Through these accounts, employees can reimburse themselves for non-covered medical and daycare expenses with pre-tax dollars.

DISABILITY INSURANCE

Short and Long-Term Disability insurance is available after an eligibility period is satisfied. Administered by The Hartford, the short-term disability insurance is paid via payroll deductions from each participating employee’s bi-weekly paycheck.

401(K) RETIREMENT SAVINGS PLAN

Adaptive Marketing offers its employees a 401(k) savings plan with a company match to help them save for retirement and achieve their financial goals. All employees, age 18 or older, are eligible to participate on the first of the month following 90 days of employment, and can contribute up to 15% of their pre-tax earnings to the Plan. Employees can choose from a variety of investment funds to diversify their portfolios.

PAID VACATION

Employees receive at least ten vacation days each calendar year. Additional vacation time is given based on length of service.

PAID PERSONAL TIME

Full-time and part-time employees receive two paid personal days per calendar year.

PAID HOLIDAYS

Adaptive Marketing offers its employees seven paid holidays and three floating holidays, beginning on each employee’s starting date. The following holidays are observed every year: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Friday after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

TUITION ASSISTANCE

Our employees can receive financial assistance for educational development through a tuition reimbursement program. The maximum reimbursement per year is $3,750 for full-time workers and $1,500 for part-time employees.

DIRECT DEPOSIT

Adaptive Marketing employees can have their bi-weekly paychecks deposited directly into a checking or savings account at the financial institution of their choice.

LONG-TERM CARE INSURANCE

Full-time employees can purchase Long-Term Care Insurance for themselves, their spouses, parents, parents-in-laws, grandparents, and/or grandparents-in-law.

PRODUCT MEMBERSHIPS

Every employee receives complimentary memberships in the company's money-saving programs. Through these memberships, employees can save thousands of dollars each year on products and services.
