Adaptive Marketing Employee Events
To keep our workforce energized and refreshed, Adaptive Marketing sponsors a variety of activities and events throughout the year that help our employees get to know one another, work as a team and, at the very least, take a break from their day-to-day routines.
Among the "extracurricular" activities we offer at our Norwalk, CT, headquarters are:
- Summer picnics. Employees and their loved ones meet and mingle in a relaxed, offsite setting, enjoy good food, drinks and games, and maybe win a prize in the company raffle. Click here for pictures from our 2005 events.
- Holiday parties. Our workforce gathers offsite to celebrate the successes of the past year, offer season's greetings over dinner and drinks, and possibly win a prize in the company raffle. Click here for pictures from our 2006 party.
- Special office events. St. Patrick's Day and Halloween are two of our most memorable in-office celebrations. Click here for pictures from our 2004 events or click here for picture from our 2007 events.
- Co-ed and men's softball teams. Our employees compete in city-run, industrial softball leagues, experiencing the thrill of victory and, occasionally, the agony of defeat as they match their ball-playing skills with other companies in the area.
That's not all, of course. Each department at Adaptive Marketing is encouraged to put together its own informal events, from lunches and after-work social gatherings to in-office meet-and-greets with other departments and more. Beyond that, many of our employees like to spend time with co-workers outside the office.
In addition to our internal events, Adaptive Marketing reaches out to the community through a variety of charitable events throughout the year, from American Heart Association walks to Toys for Tots toy drives and much more. Every employee is welcome to participate — and to suggest other events for consideration.
At Adaptive Marketing, we like to make a difference in the lives of everyone we touch, from our employees and members to our partners and the community at large.
